Shipping Policy

At Kitchenix, we strive to provide a transparent and efficient delivery experience. This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure you know exactly when to expect your order.

1. Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped for $4.99 across the USA

There are no hidden handling fees or surprise charges at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Pacific Standard Time (GMT-05:00)

    • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.

    • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

3. Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and picked up by our carrier, the transit time is as follows:

  • Transit Time: 7 – 12 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for 100% on-time delivery, delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume peak seasons.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to the United States.

  • Excluded Regions: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam). A valid physical street address is required for all orders.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 11 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at support@kitchenix.shop. we will conduct an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
