Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for all orders across the USA. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise charges at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
Order Processing/Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping/Transit Time: 7 – 12 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total estimated delivery time is generally between 8 to 15 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Are there any restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide a free return shipping label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Can I return items bought on sale?
Yes, items purchased on sale are fully eligible for returns and refunds under the same 30-day policy as regular items. Gift cards, however, are non-refundable.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods processed through encrypted, trusted third-party payment gateways.
Is my personal and payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your personal data during transmission. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@kitchenix.shop. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, we cannot make modifications, and you will need to follow our standard return process.
