30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
1. Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
2. All original tags and packaging must be included
3. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
Return Shipping Cost & Restocking Fees
1. Return Shipping Fee: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide a free return shipping label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Sale Items & Gift Cards
1. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are fully eligible for returns and refunds under the same 30-day policy as regular items.
2. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
1. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.
